Storm T. Kirschenbaum
Storm Kirschenbaum is considered one of the more prominent sports and entertainment attorneys in the country. Kirschenbaum’s experience stems from his ownership of Ball Players Agency, a full-service sports agency, specializing in the representation of professional baseball players and other premiere athletes. He has represented over one thousand professional and amateur athletes in his career and negotiated millions of dollars in contracts for his clients. Kirschenbaum started Storm T. Kirschenbaum, PLLC in 2018, a law firm that specializes in entertainment, business, real estate and sports law.
Kirschenbaum graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Long Island University - CW Post and was a member of the baseball team on scholarship. He was awarded the ECAC Merit Award, given to the conferences athlete with the highest academic GPA and athletic achievement on the field. Kirschenbaum is a 2003 graduate of the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Highly regarded publications DBusiness voted Kirschenbaum a “Top 30 in their 30’s” business owners and Crain’s Detroit voted him with the prestigious “40 Under 40” award. He was voted into the Michigan Jewish Sports Hall of Fame in 2012. Kirschenbaum has traveled the country giving lectures to colleges, business and law schools in the area of sports law. He has been on numerous television and radio shows and has been retained as an expert witness in trials for the purposes of valuing an injured party’s baseball career earning potential.

Mark J. Meisner
Mark Meisner is currently a third-year law student at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Prior to pursuing his Juris Doctor, Meisner became one of the youngest MLBPA Certified Player Agents in the United States at 23 years old. In 2017, Meisner began his employment at Ball Players Agency under the guidance of Storm Kirschenbaum. At Ball Players Agency, Meisner serves as a player representative and a first-year player draft specialist.
Meisner spent five years at Niagara University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and his Masters in Business Administration, all while competing at the Division I level for the Niagara University Purple Eagles.
Meisner’s focus at STK PLLC is on intellectual property and transaction business matters, as well as continuing to grow his practice in the sports law field.
